Terms & Conditions 

This website is owned and operated by Delilah’s Dishes. These terms asset forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services operated by us. This website offers meals for children aged 12 months -  5 years. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to ne bound by these terms. 


How we will accept your order.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when you receive your order confirmation. At this point a contract commences between Delilah’s Dishes and the customer. 


If we cannot accept your order

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for your order.


We only sell in the UK

We only sell products within the UK and to certain delivery areas. We currently only deliver to specific areas in Surrey. Please refer to our Delivery page on our website for full information. If you are out of the catchment and would like a delivery, please contact us on delilahsdishes@gmail.com



We operate in a completely nut free kitchen.

We do however use other allergens and cannot guarantee and allergen free kitchen (our meals often contain allergens). If you child has an allergy, it is your responsibility to let us know before placing your order. 


Use by date

A use-by date will be provided on the bottom of each product. Our meals will be delivered with at least one month before their use-by date. Please only use products within their use by date. Our meals must be stored at -15 degrees in your freezer as soon as you receive them. 



All our meals are £3.80 each.

Our prices may change to reflect the cost of goods and distribution. We will not change the price of your order once it has been made.


Delivery and costs

We ask that you place your order by Sundays at 6pm.


We currently deliver on Thursday mornings. We will contact you prior to your delivery with an estimated time of arrival. 


We deliver to specific areas in Surrey only. We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 and free collection from West Molesey. Otherwise, the delivery cost is £2. We hope to deliver to more areas soon!


When you become responsible for the meals

The goods will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the products and to the address you gave us. Please store the products in your freezer immediately, beyond this point we are not responsible for any deterioration. 


Your rights to end the contract

In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we allow you to change your mind within 2 hours of placing your order. After which point cancellations are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the cancellation request is completed before fulfilment of your order, we will offer a refund. If your order has already been fulfilled we may not be able to refund you the full price of the product.


Our rights to end the contract

We reserve the right to cancel your order by writing to you if we are not fit to safely complete it, there is a delay in stock or the order is not within our delivery radius (some UK regions only). We will refund the cost of the product in this unlikely situation.


How to tell is about issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send us photos to support claims. Please email delilahsdishes@gmail.com for assistance and we will notify with our decision on a refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 



If you are not 100% satisfied with Delilah’s Dishes we want to know. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns or exchange but will refund where appropriate. You can telephone our customer service team at 07791361202 or email to us at delilahsdishes@gmail.com.
